To guarranty the excellent qualty of all the items we manufacturer itīs:
-Separate the leather hides by tone and texture, this way the leather will be made in one tone.
-Cut the leather and fusing baking in all the piece that need to be reinforced to ensure a long time item.
-Depending of the style we glue it or stich the piece to beging the process of making it.
-We put the hardware and finish the item.
-Quality control will review each of the item, incide and outiside and be sure that qualty itīs excellent and pack the product for delivery.
-During the process of production, the supervisors constantly are checking the quality of construction and review that the process are correct and that materials are on the level of the standard of quality we need and that the materials are appropiate for the manufacturing.
